I have been training consistently with Kindra for 5 months and I am thrilled with the results! My focus when starting with Kindra was strength training to help my running. It has worked!! I’m consistently running at a faster pace, even when tired. I’m also very happy with the changes to my body. Kindra is always cheerful and encouraging! I always leave sessions with her in a much better mood and a feeling of accomplishment!
