This program teaches clients how to interpret labels, select appropriate portion sizes, and eat healthy. It educates clients about nutrition’s critical role in weight loss and management. It also illustrates how energy balance, caloric needs, activity, metabolism and food choices impact fitness goals.

Kindra provides a well-rounded service in a fun, challenging and safe atmosphere. She never hesitates to answer questions and/or research something for your specific situation. I am missing two discs in my lumbar region. Kindra takes this into consideration when selecting exercises. In fact, during a workout, she has demonstrated something and decided to modify it so I would not get hurt. I really appreciate that she has my best interest in mind. She has a excellent grasp of anatomy and can tell you what muscles you are using for any given exercise. I met Kindra in December of 2018 right before a trip to Fiji knowing I would return to a commitment of changing my life long term. I had purchased a year membership at the gym and hired Kindra because I knew I needed the push and support to get there. It was painful, defeating at times, I had injuries from my weak muscles but she is so well trained and meticulous with each client I worked through all of it with her by my side. Although this was a journey for a lifetime of change it was fun setting little goals and meeting or even exceeding them along the way. Fast forward to today...I am confident, healthy, strong A.F., and long to continue the commitment....all because of Kindra! I began working with Kindra as part of a work Transformation Challenge. The goal was to decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass. While I was nervous about the process to meet my goals - I decided to trust the process and follow Kindra’s meal plans, making notes about how I felt and updating her weekly on my progress. What happened was amazing! In just 6 weeks I was down about 5.1lbs (2.6%) and I gained about .5lbs of lean muscle mass! Not only did I feel great, but I noticed significant changes in my body. (I even saw an ab or two popping out to say hi!) and my overall mood. I’m so glad to have found Kindra and have the support and accountability of her throughout this journey. I now look forward to the occasional “cheat meal” but plan to stick to the program and continue to learn from Kindra on what I can do to make food work for me and my fitness goals! ~ Holly P.

When I started on this journey I had no idea the incredible changes - internally and externally - that were going to take place in a very short time. I luckily met Kindra - a trainer who is tough yet thoughtful, relentless yet understanding, demanding yet encouraging. She is a perfect match for me. While working out on my own is convenient, I always held back - “I could never lift THAT much weight!” But Kindra knows my limits and pushes me to go beyond my expectations. The meal plan is absolutely livable - when I told her that my world would stop without tacos, she worked them into the menu!
